l) Visitor tracking

The Novibelo website uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user interactions. The information collected is used to determine the number of users who access the website. Novibelo uses this information to help them understand how users find and use Novibelo’s web pages.

The Novibelo website measures conversions using pixels from Facebook visitor activity, Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”).

This allows site visitor behaviour to be tracked once they have clicked on a Facebook ad to access this website. This allows for the effectiveness of Facebook ads to be analysed for statistical and market research purposes and their future optimisation.

The data collected is presented to Novibelo as anonymous users of the website, which means Novibelo cannot use the data to draw conclusions as to the identities of individual site visitors. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook, which may link this activity to user Facebook profiles and use the data for advertising purposes, as stipulated in Facebook’s privacy policy. This will allow Facebook to display ads on Facebook and third-party websites. Novibelo has no control over how this data is used.

Read Facebook’s privacy policy to learn more about protecting your privacy: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/ .

You can also disable the custom audience remarketing feature in the Ad settings section at https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/?entry_product=ad_settings_screen . To do this, you must be logged in to your Facebook account.

If you do not have a Facebook account, you can deny advertising based on the use of Facebook on the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance website: http://www.youronlinechoices.com/ .

m) Data security

Whenever sensitive information is collected or used, the data will be encrypted using SSL (Security Sockets Layer).
Thanks to the SSL protocol, which protects the transmission of all sensitive data via the Internet, all information is processed with maximum security. Your privacy is guaranteed, and the risk of data being intercepted while it is being communicated is wholly eliminated.
If you have any questions about the security and privacy Novibelo provides of your data, contact us via email at info@novibelo.com, or by post at Centro Emp. Novibelo – Edf. Principal Rua de Fontes nº 518 4580-315 Cête – Paredes – Portugal.
