How do I get a quote?

How do I place an order?

What are my payment options?

We accept payments in cash, by bank transfer or cheque.

How long do orders take to reach their destination?

The delivery of orders always depends on which items you purchased and the number of items. When you place your order, we will confirm the delivery time. However, on average orders are delivered within 40 days.

How does your return policy work?

Make sure that the items you have ordered are correct. Your order is custom-made for you, so it cannot be cancelled or returned.

Can I add assembly to my order?

We do offer an assembly service, but only on request and at an additional cost.

Do you remove existing furniture and do you sell on consignment?

Novibelo – Indústria de Mobiliário does not remove any existing furniture and does not sell on consignment.

The items delivered were damaged. What do I do?

Always check the number of parcels received and the state of your order when you receive it. Write down on the Transport Document all the defects and/or damages in the packaging and send it to info@novibelo.com. We will check the damages within 48 h of having received your complaint. If the delivery is not rejected and you fail to notify us of any defect within 7 days of receiving the goods, you will not be entitled to reject the goods and Novibelo will not be held liable for such defects or faults.

Are products guaranteed?

We guarantee that the goods delivered comply with all the specified characteristics and are free from any design, material and manufacturing defects, provided they are used under normal conditions for 2 years as of the date of delivery. Novibelo – Indústria de Mobiliário will not be liable for any defects arising from normal wear or subsequent changes, accidents, negligence, abnormal or inadequate working conditions, improper use or treatment, incorrect handling or exposure to substances that may be harmful to the product’s materials.
If the delivery is not rejected and you fail to notify us in writing of any defect within 7 days of receiving the goods, you will not be entitled to reject the goods and Novibelo will not be held liable for such defects or faults.
